I just wanted to thank you for your help in trying to secure the previous block (2009) we had with Mirvac at Meadow Springs. We were very grateful of you doing this for us and I wanted you to know how appreciative we were.
I also wanted to email you with regards to David Cross. Our experience with our sales consultant David has been absolutely outstanding. David has been fast, effective, professional and reliable since we met him in January 2014. He has consistently maintained client rapport and made us feel totally at ease with building our new home. From the start he has been open and honest with us and answered our questions in a prompt manner. David took the time to sit with us and go over a number of plans / variations that would best suit our needs; he also made sure we understood everything. We never felt pressured or pushed by David; we felt he listened to our queries and concerns and made us feel that our opinions were important to him whilst still being able to provide us with a professional view. We definitely feel that David goes over and above what is expected of him and we would without a doubt recommend our family and friends liaise with David if they consider building. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to work with David in the future (one house at a time as my partner keeps informing me!) I feel David is a true credit to Aveling and we definitely feel very lucky to have come across him in our decision to build.
We have our pre start meeting on the 1st July at 10am with Jacinta. We’re very excited for this next step and feel confident we will be just as happy with this stage as we are with our sales experience.
